Q Can I stay in my apartment? Could I move into it?
A Yes. You may use your Apartment (or another participating Apartment if your Apartment is not available) for no more than 28 nights in a calendar year. Please note the conditions apply, please refer to the Letting Agreement.
Q Are there any issues in raising finance?
A No. Because you have the flexibility to op in and out of the Scheme finance is totally dependant on your circumstances and investment goals. Some experienced investors may elect to use other real estate as additional security to maximise exposure. You should ensure finance is arranged prior to entering into any contract for purchase.
Q Can I purchase a carpark?
A There are a limited number of car spaces available in the basement carpark. The purchase price for these spaces is $28,500.00 including GST. Only 1 space can be purchased with each apartment and it will be attached to your lot in the strata plan.
Q There is retail space on the ground floor. What will that be used for?
A There is a reception and office area that will be used by the lessee. Other areas may be divided and leased or sold for use as retail businesses.
